YO sup dude? Not too bad for your first time, but i got a few pointers since i did originally have my own Podcast. Calm down and let it flow. Have a gameplan and jot down a list of what you want to cover. Not so many UMMMs, and YOU KNOW. Cuz the people listening don't know and that's why they are listening. Intro is a lil too long. Spell out Cole K one. I don't know how ur spelling cole or Kay or One or number 1. You can't assume people listening know you at all. Give a lil background so your listeners can get to know u and listen weekly or w/e and a part of the appeal will be to get to know u. Instead of just talking about current events or headlines. The Condom thing, and VT stuff was great. You could hear the passion, and it was random compared to the rest of your stuff, that people already read about on cnn or saw on TV. Not too bad though. I liked it, and think once u get a hang of it it'll be a really good one. Need a cohost or guest speaker hook up with me, or jay. Need different opinions and flavors. Good job! ttyl

Hey Kevin, Don't listen to Tommy, the sports part was dull and people already know about the Redskins suckness because we can hear that on ESPN or stuff. AIDS was best part, Id also suggest guest hosts, maybe Jim Rome or Pete Rosenburg or Mike the Mad Dog. Then have guest hosts every now and then. Good Luck ---Mike, Not Mark, Phillips

What's goin on kev, I couldn't listen to the whole thing, cuz i have class in the morning but I did listen to about 18 minutes into the cast. One thing is for sure, you have a great voice. At times it did sound like you were nervous but that is not a major concern. It seemed like you kept up your energy for the most part. I like that it was raw and natural. You did stumble on a few of the bigger words. A co-host would help you so much because you can only hear so much of one voice for so long. Keep it up, this thing has alot of potential cuz you have a good voice.
